We will reimburse You no later than 90 days from the day on which We receive the refund claim from your end. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will be charged with a fee for such reimbursement. The applicable fee includes a specific percentage of the payment to be deducted alongwith the payment transfer charges. In case of any order cancellation after the shipment has been booked, EJARZ CO LTD holds the right tocharge the costs incurred in the process and the shipment charges as well if applicable.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on special sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the process of shipment. Therefore, We recommend you to have an insurance service along with the order for respective Goods. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and haven’t been shipped yet, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in the EJARZ CO LTD wallet.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
